For your birthday, I thought it would be nice if we all took the time to learn some useful phrases from your corner of the world (mostly Catalan, but some Spanish, in case people want to travel around).
In an effort to liven up the language learning process, I borrowed some inspiration from an interesting Catalonian tradition: Tió de Nadal.
El meu amic, que els teus càrregues sigui llum i els teus dies siguin feliços.
(With any luck, that reads as: my friend, may your burdens be light and your days be merry.)
